Top 5 // FUN

More fun is more fun.

Plain and simple- I know there are days where I am not allowing myself to have fun- or simply forgetting to. ha;)

Here are some fun activities I have been loving lately

1.) Singing without judgment

Happy singing - who doesn’t enjoy that? When I AM stoked I usually turn up the tunes and start singing I am usually by myself in my car haha but it is still enjoyable! Do you sing?? I pray for an amazing voice it hasn’t happened yet haha but I’ll keep the faith.


2. ) Free food? Being thought of AND cooked for?…!

This may be a love language of mine alone but I have a feeling gifts of food is universal for more joy. :)

I have so much fun passing out foods I made or bought - people are STOKED and especially as adults I don’t have people cooking often for me- so chances are they don’t have people cooking for them either! :)

3. Life Tip //

Smile :)

If you can catch yourself in a stressed or focused gaze or glare…. holding a smile even if it’s forced will make you laugh and lighten your load.


4. Moving outdoors is good for the soul.

Playing a sport is fun and challenging. Usually requires others involvement- I have recently started peppering (volleyball) again and it is SO fun.


5. I also secretly wish I was a trained dancer - and I relate to those memes of “What I think I look like- and what I actually look like..”

But to heck with it. Turn up the tunes and dance like your’e THE absolute babe that you are!
