ONE at a time

This is something I (have to) practice often and I was reminded of the importance of this in the past week when I kept hitting burn out.

When I get worn out it's because of two things:

  1. Lack of talking to God and worshipping

  2. Doing tooo many things at once- or thinking about too many things at once.

Do one thing on your to-do list and do it well.

Don't let your mind and heart rush along to the next 5-25 things.

Even if you're a mama or you have a million things to do in your day. “take one tree down at a time, not the whole damn forest First name / friend.” :)

Practice this daily and you will reap major benefits!

Which may include…increased joy, clarity, organization, confidence, and last but not least more STOKE!  Let's all, “Simplify to Amplify!” -Marie Forleo, to enjoy the benefits.

Connecting to the Life source helps me to focus on one thing at a time

One task at a time sister.

Take time today to slow your roll - if you can- even for 5 minutes to connect with God, then choose ONE thing, do that thing and THEN the next. :)

You are amazing friend!
