Hi friend,

 How has the past week been for you? 

Take a deep breath…inhale, now exhale. <3 

Giving people space to think and share has been something I find so useful as a coach. The women I work with commit to one hour weekly- to meet and give themselves space for growth- personal challenges- and someone to listen to them. 

So though I am not with you in person this Saturday morning I wanted to give you a little q and a time. A time where you can respond in your mind as you read this no matter where you are. Car, bed, couch, sand, the heat of summer, or during your breakfast coffee time…

Settle in for a quick but intentional time…

  • What is one thing you are thankful for today First name / friend?

  • One area that though it was stressful - you navigated it well? Celebrate that. :)

  • What is something new God was speaking to you?

  • What about God drew you in - with curiosity this week?

  • Do you feel like you are in right standing with him? <3 He paid for the fullness of forgiveness and newness now… So we can receive it- give thanks to him for his grace and goodness!

Ah well done!

Slowing to reflect is of use- even if it feels hard to slow down…

I know that life can get full- but pausing to reflect and connect with God always lead to the fullest living possible.  I know for me- when I don't partake in this practice things get a bit overwhelming and chaotic. I just want to cheer you on and let you know I am for you!! I hope you enjoyed some slow moments to reflect and connect.
